The suite was quite spacious and comfortable, but

the lack of maintenance was evident. The jets in the spa tub were wonderful, but the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Staff were not very responsive, which detracted from the experience.

The staff here was super nice – remember the time they gave me a better room after a switch? They really worked hard to make my family comfortable. Also, the pool area was a hit with the kids, they were just bouncing off the walls with excitement when they saw it!

During my stay, I loved taking peaceful walks at harrison park which was only about 2.5 km away, and it was a treat to have various dining options like old chicago and bj's restaurant just a short stroll from the hotel. the staff was friendly and made my stay enjoyable.

We enjoyed spending time at the pool, and the friendly staff made our stay comfortable. One night we even caught a live performance at the nearby Crown Uptown Theatre, which was a great experience for the whole family.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.
